Redefine Your Sleep
Supporting your sleep journey with understanding, not just techniques.

About Me
I'm Dorottya Pap, a psychologist (MA) specializing in sleep support using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I take a whole-person approach that looks at sleep challenges within the broader context of your life - your values, relationships, work, and what truly matters to you.
Rather than fighting against sleeplessness, I help you change your relationship with it. We work on building psychological flexibility: noticing unhelpful thoughts without getting caught up in them, making room for discomfort, and taking steps toward a life that feels meaningful - even when sleep is difficult.
My role is to walk alongside you as a guide, not to hand down solutions from above. Real change happens when you reconnect with your own values and start moving toward them, one small step at a time.

Falling Asleep & Staying Asleep Difficulties
You lie in bed exhausted, but sleep won't come. Or you drift off fine, then wake at 2 am staring at the ceiling. I help you understand what's keeping this pattern going and how to step out of it without adding more pressure.
When Poor Sleep Affects Your Relationships
Sleep problems don't stay in the bedroom. They spill into your patience, your mood, your connection with others. I help you see these patterns and find balance without putting your life on hold.
Sleep
anxiety
The fear of not sleeping becomes the very thing keeping you awake. You dread bedtime, watch the clock, calculate how few hours are left. I help you break this cycle. Not by forcing sleep, but by changing your relationship with the anxiety itself.
Stress & Lifestyle-Related Sleep Disorders
Work deadlines, life changes, and constant mental load. Your body is tired, but your nervous system won't let go. I help you find what's driving the tension and make room for rest without overhauling your entire life.
