Redefine Your Sleep
Supporting your sleep journey with understanding, not just techniques.

About Me
I'm Dorottya Pap, a psychologist (MA) specializing in holistic sleep support and focus training.
I take a whole-person approach that looks at sleep challenges within the broader context of your physical health, emotional well-being, and life circumstances. Rather than treating sleep as an isolated issue, I explore how it connects to your overall system—including work stress, relationships, and lifestyle patterns.
My role is to walk alongside you as a supportive guide, not to prescribe solutions from above. I believe in keeping things simple and grounded, helping you reconnect with what your body and mind are actually telling you in the present moment.
I maintain ongoing professional supervision to ensure I'm continually growing in my practice.
Our first consultation is a 90-minute session where we'll map out your current situation and explore your specific concerns together.
We'll look beyond just your sleep patterns to understand how they connect to other areas of your life—your daily routines, environment, relationships, emotional state, and current circumstances. My approach centers on the idea that less is often more: improving sleep quality usually means peeling away unnecessary layers rather than adding complex techniques.
This systems-based support helps you recognize what truly serves you and what no longer does.
